We provide you with an unrivalled learning experience. Among the best in Sri Lanka, our many workshops and labs are equipped with the latest apparatus in order to enhance your learning and research opportunities. We also have:

  • 50 well equipped lecture rooms (maximum class size of 90 students)
  • An auditorium with a seating capacity of 360 people

Fitness & Recreation

At CINEC, we take our role in nurturing well-rounded individuals very seriously. We believe that striking the right balance between academic and recreational pursuits increases personal wellbeing, and helps build confidence and character.

That’s why we aim to create a healthy environment that is conducive to honing our students’ intellectual faculties, as well as athletic prowess. To this end, we offer a range of onsite fitness and recreational facilities, including the following:

Hostel Facilities

We currently offer hostel accommodation for all cadets enrolled in phase 1 of our Marine Engineering, Marine Electrical and Maritime Sciences courses, as they are fully residential programmes. Our facilities include occupancy in a twin sharing room.

Preparation of hostel facilities for students enrolled in non-marine courses is presently underway, and will be ready in 2017.

Transport Facilities

  • Parking facilities for 150 cars and 150 motorbikes
  • Shuttle services to students & staff from Gampaha & Malabe
