  • What role does diet quality and nutritional intake play in preserving cognitive function in individuals with obesity, and how can dietary interventions be tailored to support cognitive health?
  • What are the psychological factors contributing to the relationship between obesity and cognitive function, including issues such as body image dissatisfaction, stigma, and emotional eating?
  • How does socioeconomic status and environmental factors influence both obesity prevalence and cognitive function, and what public health measures can be implemented to address these disparities?

  • What dietary interventions can support cognitive function across the lifespan?

Participate in Research:

Our team is involved in conducting two studies investigating how diet and nutrition impact cognitive function and brain health, and to identify what are the psychological factors contributing to the relationship between obesity and cognitive function, including issues such as body image dissatisfaction, stigma, and emotional eating.
