Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at CINEC Campus offers a range of academic programs that cover the fundamentals and applications of electrical and electronic engineering and mechatronics engineering. The programs are designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in industry or academia. The department has a strong focus on teaching excellence, research innovation and industry collaboration. The faculty members are experts in their respective fields and conduct research collaboratively with the students in areas such as telecommunications, internet of things, control systems, embedded systems, robotics, signal processing, communication systems and more. Additionally, the department is equipped with state of the art laboratories such as the electronics systems laboratory, telecommunications laboratory and mechatronics laboratory which contains cutting-edge laboratory equipment which are utilized for teaching and research. The department also maintains close links with the industry and provides students with opportunities to work on real-world projects, internships and placements. The department aims to produce graduates who are skilled, disciplined and ready for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.
