Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety and Hull Integrity on RO-RO Passenger Ships
This course covers the mandatory standards of Passenger Safety, Cargo Safety and Hull Integrity on Ro-Ro Passenger Ships as set out in Regulation V/2, Para 7, Section A-V/2, Para 4, of the STCW 1978 as amended.
On successful completion of this course, the participants will acquire the necessary knowledge, understanding and proficiency to be able to perform their relevant duties on board in relation to shipboard emergency procedures, control of passengers during an emergency and effective communication during an emergency.
Course Intake Limitations:
Maximum 20 students per course.
Faculty:
All training and instructions will be delivered by properly qualified lecturers who have the qualifications specified in MSN 25/2016 issued by the Director General of Merchant Shipping, Merchant Shipping Secretariat, Sri Lanka.
