Background and Rationale

The Staff Development Centre at CINEC Campus plays a vital role in strengthening the institution’s commitment to excellence in higher education. As a reputed non-state degree-awarding institution dedicated to providing industry-relevant and globally competitive education, CINEC recognizes that its success depends on the continuous professional growth of its people. The Centre therefore facilitates structured training, capacity-building programmes, and professional enrichment opportunities for academic, administrative, technical, and support staff, ensuring that the university community remains innovative, competent, and responsive to evolving national and international educational standards.

The Staff Development Centre (SDC) functions as the institutional hub for the purpose of
