Entry Requirements
One of the following:
- An appropriate honours degree in a Civil Engineering / Built Environment / Quantity Surveying / Architecture / Town & Country Planning subject (with second class lower or above); or membership at an appropriate level of a recognized professional body, such as IESL, RIBA, RICS, CIOB, ICE. If you have an unrelated honours degree together with relevant postgraduate working experience you may be considered on an individual basis. Applicants may be invited for interview.
- Those who do not possess an honours degree, but have a degree or degree equivalent qualification and/or appropriate work experience at a suitable level within an organisation for an appropriate length of time, will be considered; applicants may be interviewed. Qualifications from an approved professional body will also be considered.
AND
English Language requirement namely,
- Completion of the undergraduate degree in English medium
