Responsibilities and Duties as Technology transfer Director of the University

I was successful in develop the entrepreneur culture among academia using their own research products and developments. I also encourage students to consider the targeted research for their undergraduate work and convince them about the technology transfer and IP protection. I engaged in face-to-face discussions to detect signals for good research products for technology identification and also did help in market analysis and market penetration opportunities for the researcher who want to become entrepreneurs. With my working and learning experience in innovation/ inventions and Technology identification in the University, I have succeeded with many innovative products in many faculties to the level of commercialization and for property protection at national and international level. I was able to give a leadership to change the commonly observed inertia among academic environment on product development in our country and helped them to develop considerable amount of willpower and ability.
