Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Diploma in Applied Science
Faculty of Health Sciences has successfully initiated the Pearson BTEC International Level 3 qualifications in Applied Science programme designed for learners in the 16–19 age group, who wish to pursue a career in science-based industries via higher education to access graduate entry employment with science, or, alternatively through junior science-based employment. The course is equivalent in size to two International A Levels.

Entry Requirements
Entry requirements but we expect learners to have qualifications at or equivalent to Level 2. Learners are most likely to succeed if they have:
- Five International GCSEs at good grades and/or
- BTEC qualification(s) at Level 2
