The MBA (Management) provides students with specialized theoretical and practical knowledge in business leadership, strategic analysis, marketing, organizational behaviour and finance preparing candidates for managerial careers. The aim of the programme is to develop managers for small and medium sized enterprises, international companies, consultancies, the public (government) sector, social enterprises and those focused upon setting up their own businesses.
Graduates will have developed advanced knowledge and skills across a broad range of business and management subjects, knowledge and understanding of organisations, their management and the changing external environment in which they operate, thus developing the ability to have a strategic overview of business and organisational issues. Graduates will be prepared for a career in business and management generally. They will have gained specific business skills together with improved self- awareness and personal development appropriate to graduates with the potential to progress into careers in management positions.
Graduates will have gained positive and critical attitudes toward change and enterprise as well as lifelong learning skills and personal development to contribute to society at large. This includes the development and enhancement of a range of advanced general transferable intellectual and study skills, which whilst being highly appropriate to a career in business and management generally, are not exclusive to these career choices.

Entry Requirements
We welcome applications from the graduates with lower second class honors in relevant disciplines and from those with equivalent professional qualification and work experience.
Alternatively, possession of a suitable professional qualification and practical experience may also be accepted.
