FMSS Celebrates Success at the 2025 Magazine Creation Award Ceremony
The Faculty of Management and Social Sciences (FMSS) recently hosted the Magazine Creation Award Ceremony 2025, marking the culmination of an eight-year strategic initiative to enhance English language learning among students. The event celebrated the achievements of students who participated in the magazine creation competition, which saw an impressive turnout of 502 participants in its first edition.
Over the past eight years, FMSS has implemented various experimental teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of English language education, recognizing its importance in a management degree. The faculty introduced structural changes aimed at shifting students’ psychological perceptions about learning English, making it more engaging and relevant to their academic and professional goals.
The Magazine Creation Awards 2025 is a key component of this strategy, designed to attract students to the English module by encouraging creativity and collaboration. The competition required students to work in teams to create magazines, fostering both language skills and teamwork.
The ceremony honored the winning teams, BORCELLE and EXPLORER, who showcased exceptional creativity and effort in their magazine projects. The winning teams consisted of students from various disciplines, including Logistics and Transportation and Banking and Finance.
